Recent News RCF Information Systems, Inc has been awarded a contract from our GSA schedule 47QTCA18D0098. RCF will be providing Project Management services to the U.S. Department of the Interior’s (DOI) Office of Emergency Management (OEM) overseeing the management, enhancements, and coordination of the Department’s emergency management, continuity of operations preparedness (COOP), and the response programs and emergency operations. The Emergency Operations Division (EOD), Office of Emergency Management (OEM), provides situational awareness and decision support for the Secretary and senior staff during emergencies.
