Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides professional customer service through responsiveness.
  • Responsible for monitoring and tracking all new and used government furnished equipment
  • Duties include obtaining & logging serial number, model number, manufacturer, and type of inventory issued to users
  • Perform semi-annual walk through to ensure all hand receipts are current and match the equipment signed for
  • Duties include receiving new equipment and the collection and turn-in of old equipment
  • Maintain computer room and storage room cleanliness
  • Maintains logs and records
  • Supports and maintains database integrity.
  • May involve other duties as required.
  • Reports to ADPE Team Lead.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift computers, monitors and computer peripherals, i.e., printers.
  • Ability to obtain Security Clearance.
  • Ability to gather and assimilate data to deliver accurate solutions to the customer in a professional manner.
  • Takes initiative to lead and supports team members in dealing with change.
  • Uses knowledge, communication skills and experience to effectively perform jobs and contribute to the success of the department.
  • Displays effective problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrates effective use of soft skills - listening, probing and questioning.
  • Essential Skills/Aptitude: Willing to Learn, Customer-focused, Multi-tasking
  • Must be a team player
