As HR Director, Katherine Jenkins has a clear understanding of RCF’s objectives. She devises and implement policies which select, develop, and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives. Kathy has over 20 years HR experience with the company and provides liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety. She deals with staff welfare and administration-centered activities, works closely with various departments, assists managers to understand and implement policies and procedures, promotes equality and diversity as part of the culture of the company. Kathy is responsible for the new and out-processing of all RCF employees. She reviews, updates and makes recommendations for the employee handbook.

In addition, Kathy serves as the secretary on the board of directors. Prior to becoming the HR Director, Kathy held various positions within the company.
