Ken Holder is responsible for the WPAFB, AFRL contracts and RCF IT operations, and reports to the president & CEO, Roger Harris. Mr. Holder attended the University of Dayton, completing and earning his B.A. degree in Business at Antioch University and a M.S. degree in Business at Columbus University. Ken has obtained professional certifications in Project Management, Organizational Development and IT planning & Development.

Mr. Holder transitioned from Sr. Program Manager to Director of IT Operations and Chief Information Officer in 2013. Ken is responsible for the direct supervision of RCF’s program managers and IT experts, he assures their efforts are in sync with contractual obligations, project management, customer requirements and contract performance rating metrics. Mr. Holder’s  ability to achieve high levels of efficiency routinely increases results without the impact of additional increasing of budget costs.

Mr. Holder brings over 30 years of leadership and experience in information technology consisting broad ranges of IT solutions from technology systems engineering, to large scale MIS architectures, to managing IT federal contracts. His leadership and experience in providing solutions, planning strategies, understanding customer requirements, and working as an organizational team enabled him to play a key role in the successful merger of IT Operations of AFRL Propulsion & Air Vehicles Directorates, forming a successful IT Operations for the new AFRL Aerospace Directorate.
