Ken Holder reports to the President & CEO Roger Harris. He is responsible for RCF IT operations, contracts, and assists with budget development through revenue generation and expense control. Mr. Holder attended the University of Dayton and Antioch University completing and earning his B.A. degree in Business Management, and M.S. degree in Business Management in 1999. Ken furthered his education and training by completing and earning professional certifications in Leadership & Management concepts, Project Management, Organizational Development and IT Planning & Development.
Mr. Holder transitioned from Director of Operations to Vice President of Operations and Chief Operations Officer in 2017. Ken is responsible for the direct supervision of RCF’s program managers and IT experts assuring their efforts are in sync with our contractual obligations, as well as our principles of integrity, leadership, innovation and vision. Mr. Holder’s ability to achieve high levels of efficiency routinely increases results without the impact of additional increasing of budget costs.
Mr. Holder brings over 30 years of leadership and experience in information technology consisting broad ranges of IT solutions from Helpdesk operations and technology systems engineering, to large scale MIS architectures. His management and experience in providing innovative strategies and solutions in such a robust and emerging technical environment has been instrumental to his success.
