Computer Support Help Desk
RCF places a premium on customer service and satisfaction, that’s why we embed our help desk among the customers. Face-to-face interaction with the customer leads to faster problem resolution. Indeed, our customers never encounter tedious phone menus or being put on hold automatically, instead they are greeted professionally at a window, on the phone, via e-mail, or on-line. RCF employs a highly capable and technical staff, to be more specific: Computer Support Technicians (CST). This promotes the overwhelming majority of customer requests being resolved by the technician with whom the customer is first engaged. If further troubleshooting is required, additional support such as, champion tier level II and champion tier level III, and expert level support will be available for complete and satisfactory resolution.

Helpdesk Support Technician
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
