Accessibility is part of the design, not an afterthought.

RCF is developing and maintaining RCFinfo.com with accessibility practices aligned to the Revised Section 508 Standards and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Important: RCF does not represent this Website as formally certified or independently validated as Section 508 conformant unless and until a documented accessibility evaluation has been completed.

Standards & Testing

RCF’s target is an accessible, testable website.

The Website is being designed with reference to Section 508 accessibility requirements and WCAG Level A and AA success criteria. Prior to final production release, RCF plans to perform accessibility checks that include automated testing and manual review of key pages and interactions.
